Return Eligibility

• Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

• Product must be in original condition with box & accessories

• Unboxing video is mandatory for any damage/wrong item claim

Non-Returnable Cases

• Physical damage after delivery

• Used or tampered devices

• Missing accessories or packaging

Replacement Policy

• Free replacement available for defective or wrong product

• Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Refund Policy

• Refund is processed only if replacement is not available

• Timeline: 5–7 business days
